Pad printing system for printing on closures in 1-4 colors The DBA machine is a fully automated pad printing system for printing on closures in 1 – 4 colors. The system is equipped with all necessary features for a modern industrial production. The features are: automatic loading from a sorter and pre-treatment station. The type of pre-treatment can be selected. The closures are printed with two pad printers of the SL-serie. For easy print adjustment the machines have the possibility to adjust the printing plate in X-, Y- and Z-axes. After printing the closures pass the drying section and are delivered as bulk material to the customer.
