Overview
The SR20 Cylinder is a double-acting hydraulic cylinder made entirely of stainless steel, designed for use in industries such as food, fishing, and environmental technology. It is suitable for water-based operations and is known for its robust construction and long service life in harsh environments.

• Dimensions: Standard cylinder diameters range from ø25 mm to ø80 mm.
• Cylinder Tube: Made from seamless stainless steel (W.St. 1.4301) with an internal tolerance of H9 and Ra max. 0.1 micron. An acid-proof version (W.St. 1.4401) is also available.
• Piston Rod: Centerless-polished stainless steel (W.St. 1.4460), hard chromed with a minimum of 20 microns, and a hardness of at least 850 HV.
• Piston Rod Speed: Maximum speed of 0.3 m/s, with special seals required for higher velocities.
• Seals: Includes compact packing with nitrile center ring, polyelastomer shock rings, and acetal wear rings.
• Connections: Cylindrical pipe thread BSP.
• Operation Pressure: Maximum 200 bar.
• Operation Temperature: Ranges from -20° to +100° C.
• Pressure Fluid: Hydraulic oil based on mineral oil.
• Testing: Pressure tested at 250 bar.

Position Sensoring Equipment
The SR20 Cylinder can be equipped with magnetic field sensors for position sensing. The system uses internal piston-fitted magnets and external sensors, with options for analogue or digital output signals.
