LT Series Features & Benefits Alloy Product Corp. (APC) general purpose lightweight portable pressure vessels are manufactured to high quality standards to meet stringent ASME and ISO Standards, U.N. Standards and Pharmaceutical/Hygienic Standards. Every APC vessel is inspected and tested before shipping. No random tests or spot checks. It is for this reason SR-TEK teamed up with APC to provide the highest quality, best pricing and quickest order-to-ship times of APC vessels in industries around Europe. This document highlights the features and benefits of Alloy Product Corps general purpose vessels. 2mm stainless steel thick walls, enable for higher pressure and compatibility with PED and CE Directives as well as ASME All vessels have a handle securely welded on the top for easy portability. All LT Series vessels come with 3x ¼”NPT ports as standard and a fourth 3/8” port fitted with dip tube. Pressure closure lid is pressed and welded for perfect fit and sealing, whilst easy to remove. Bottom heads of each vessels are summed and dip tube are precisely positioned from the bottom to ensure 99% of vessel contained is emptied. All welds are leak checked under pressure prior vessels leaving factory. All vessels are stamped with ID and certification tags and serial numbered for traceability. Supporting skirt has 4 large drain holes well positioned to ensure all water is drained after cleaning process is over. Supporting skirt can be fitted with strong and durable rubber boot to avoid direct contact with flooring and enable better stability.
