900ML-S 12Oz Cartridge Holder System Type S Cartridge holder system designed for low pressure low volume applications The 12Oz cartridge holder series S has been designed specifically to hold 32 Oz Semco cartridges under low pressure for applications requiring a simple and inexpensive pressure container to feed low viscosity fluids to dispensing or spraying systems. Designed for 32Oz cartridges and low viscosity materials, the system comes as a complete plug and play unit with one cartridge. The powder coated steel frame maintains the cartridge in upright position and has a wide base for stability. The fluid output is fitted with a 90˚ elbow. Air pressure is controlled with a front mounted regulator and gauge. A safety valve tarred to 2bars prevents the system from over pressurizing. The powder coated steel frame maintains the cartridge in upright position and has a wide base for stability. Operation and maintenance of the cartridge holder is very simple. The cartridge is inserted from the top and slit all the way to the base. A hole in the base allows for the fluid outlet to be connected to an elbow fitting. The fluid output is fitted with a 90˚ elbow fitting. Once connected, the cartridge can be filled with the application’s fluid, the cap is then inserted into the top of the cartridge and secured in position with 3 thumb screws. Air pressure is connected on the side of the pressure regulator mounted on the front panel. Part number 900ML-S-CLL is the alternative version available with adjustable low-level capacitive sensor (Option only, not included as standard). Fluids compatible with the PT Series Tank - All fluids in Category II of the PED Directive 2014/68/EU Once empty the cartridge can be refilled for the next operation.
