Test Adapter for Basic Adapter The CO-series test adapters are designed for connection to the BA 18 basic adapter. The basic adapter is available as an option for many DUT enclosures, such as HB 2100, HB 3400, HB 5000, HB 6000, HB 7000, PK 2000, PK 6000, PK 6500, and PK 7000. Flexible connection to the device under test (DUT) is provided either via sockets in accordance with national standards or via 4 mm labratory sockets. Depending on the application, additional laboratory sockets or a high-current socket, for test probe connection (BU 04-i), may be available. With this modular concept, worn sockets caused by frequent mating cycles can be replaced by exchanging only the CO test adapter, without the need to replace the entire workstation. This ensures uninterrupted series production. Furthermore, maximum flexibility is achieved, as different test adapters are available for various DUT types.
