Partial Discharge Measuring AntennaMW 40 Active microwave antenna, for open DUTs. The best way to measure partial discharges is via a microwave antenna. The active antenna is supplied via the test device. A narrow-band filter at 1.575 MHz (GPS range) center frequency optimally suppresses industrial interference signals. This area is reserved worldwide for the use of GPS devices. Very precise, repeatable measurements are possible.
