Overview
The Universal fixturing and clamping system is a modular kit designed for flexible and cost-effective production. It is based on a system of holes and is available in three different grid types. This system is suitable for individual parts, small lots, and large batch production due to its reusable elements.

Basic Elements
The system includes clamping columns, blocks, and double-sided columns made from cast iron, known for their stability, warp resistance, and vibration reduction. Additionally, base plates made from tempered and surface-hardened steel are available in various sizes. These elements have precision-ground supporting and clamping areas.

Clamping and Positioning Elements
The system offers a variety of clamping elements, including mechanical and hydraulic clamping blocks, stop blocks, and side clamps, which facilitate unhindered clamping. Supports and adjustable stops ensure precise positioning on the basic elements. Support blocks stabilize the workpiece during the clamping process.

Clamping Bridges
CNC indexing tables are used for 3- and 4-sided machining as an optional 4th axis on vertical machining centers. By mounting a suitable clamping bridge on the CNC indexing table, multiple workpieces can be machined in one cycle. The system allows for individual adaptation to different machining tables.
