Specification The S-TEST /2 is a compact system level test solution (SLT) for sensors with digital interfaces. It can be used to test and characterize digital sensors with up to 16 IO pins. With its compact form factor the system is tailored for lab and desk usage and can directly be used to support sensor testing tasks during sensor development.
