It imparts a boundarylubricating film with superior oiliness for the more severe metal-forming operation. It contains a biodegradable animal fat for extra lubrication and excellent metal wetting. It can be diluted with water or used as supplied. APPLICATION Toolife® Blue is recommended for most steel operations, non-ferrous metals, brass, copper and aluminum. It is suitable for operations such as spinning, drawing and stamping and practically all other machining operations requiring a highly lubricious product. Because of Toolife® Blue’s wetting properties, the metal surface holds a uniform continuous slippery film, which is excellent for stamping and drawing operations. ADVANTAGES Toolife® Blue will provide longer tool life and smooth finishes with greatly reduced tool marks due to its exceptionally high lubricity. The components of Toolife® Blue are of high quality, imparting exceptional lubricity and maximum anti-welding characteristics.
