It contains extra additives, optimizing the extreme pressure characteristics of sulfur. This means rapid heat dissipation and extended tool life. Toolife® 858 is also a base additive to improve machining characteristics of conventional cutting fluids. It can be used as a tapping and threading compound when applied by brush or pumped through a circulating system. Toolife® 858 is recommended for hard machining jobs such as stainless steel but will perform equally well on free cutting ferrous alloy jobs resulting in longer tool life, faster speeds and quality output.
