The use of the HFT-0024 allows to use the surge capacitor (which is used for the protection of the generator winding) as a partial discharge coupling capacitor. The HFT-0024 offers a standard BNC female connector for an easy connection together with standard coaxial cables as RG58. A suitable mounting bracked is supplied with the HFT-0024 which allows an easy mounting in most of the installation locations.
