PUNCHING UNIT MODEL PU 11 This HOLE PNEUMATIC PUNCHING MACHINE is a device that occupies little space and is designed to punch holes in the outer edge of the MOVING FILM and in particular, it works with PLAIN OR PRINTED FILM. This PU model has to be integrated into EXISTING MACHINERY such as extruders, slitters, bag machines, printing machines or any other film processing lines. It is suitable to make holes in fruits and vegetables bags, garbage bags, paper bags, foam, etc. It is important to remember that each punching unit is independent and can punch with different frequency from the others, giving the possibility to diversify and customize the punching patterns. How it works The edge of the moving film passes through the slit of the body and is punched by the punching units, through a PUNCH and DIE system, using PNEUMATIC MOVEMENT.
