M/ICHINERYMICRO-PERFORATOR CNM100 /The CNM100 MICRO-PERFORATOR is a machine designed to punch micro holes on moving film made of various materials and thicknesses. It has to be inserted into existing machinery such as slitters, extruders, printing machines or bag machines. The CNM100 is a motorized machine with a synchronization system that guarantees perfect micro holes on various materials. This machine occupies little space and is able to make homogeneous holes for numerous applications. How it works X The CNM100 works as follows: a moving film arrives at the machine and is perforated by a motorized needle shaft that approaches a counter roller ( 9 designed to support the material. Micro-perforation is made thanks to needles fixed on interchangeable bronze sleeves that are mounted on the needle shaft. The CNM100 has a software with 4.0 predisposition. From the electrical control panel, the operator (via touch screen) manages all the operations inherent to the machine such as the rotation of the needle roller or the control of emergency signals. The movement takes place via an integrated asynchronous motor with driver and encoder thanks to the needle shaft that is able to adapt to the sliding speed of the film, obtaining impeccable holes even with the most difficult materials and with high punching density. The motor allows the machine to adapt perfectly to the speed of the production line*. During perforation, the material to be micro-perforated is approached to the needle shaft by the counter roller, made of either rubber or rectified bristles. Punching depth is adjusted manually by means of micrometric screws placed above the sumps.
