This system utilizes a single plastic chain link available in widths of 30mm or 60mm, which operates on a welded stainless steel I-beam. Unlike traditional conveyors, the MiniLink does not require cumbersome catenary management, as the chain compresses and is tensioned back to its normal pitch automatically.

Design and Functionality:
The MiniLink conveyor can be shaped to accommodate both vertical and horizontal curves, allowing for inclines and directional changes within a single conveyor system. This flexibility makes it a suitable replacement for older technology spreaders that use multiple neoprene belts and complex guide systems. The MiniLink can efficiently converge products to smaller lane centers, optimizing loading for packaging equipment or ovens.

Applications:
Multiple lanes of MiniLink can be used to merge products into a single lane without additional transfer devices. By overlapping the ends of MiniLink strands, products transition smoothly between conveyors.
