The WhisperTrax > TM ID-RHF incline/declineconveyor with a raised high friction chain is used for rigid objects. Raised high friction chain features Sanoprene > TM links. When you add a Finger Transfer, objects down to 1.5 inches(38.1mm) can be transferred off the end of the conveyor. The transfer should be set to a decline angle of approximately 10and the object must be positioned on the raised portion of the chain. The WhisperTrax > TM ID-PMSincline/decline conveyor with 50mm pusher cleat and moving side guides chain forms a pocket within the chain bed. This model is effective in containing a product on the conveyor without the use of side rails. This type of chain is normally used when transporting bulk product on inclines and declines.
