Overview
Profilglass specializes in the production of aluminium circles, boasting a punching capacity of over 250,000 pieces per day. This is achieved through the use of four automatic punching presses and a shearing process. The aluminium circles are primarily used in cookware, traffic signs, gas holders, brakes, antennas, and lighting.

Alloys and Temper
The available alloys include EN AW 1050A, 1080A, 3003, 3005, 3105, 4006, 5049, 5005, 5754, 5083, 8006, and 8011. Other alloys can be supplied upon request. The physical states available are HO, H1X, H2X, and H3X.

Standard Production Specifications

• Thickness: 0.5 - 6 mm (up to 7 mm on request)
• Diameter: Punching from 100 to 500 mm (every 5 mm), from 500 to 630 mm (every 10 mm); Shearing from 640 to 1000 mm (every 10 mm), and specific sizes like 1080, 1330, and 1360 mm.

All products comply with EN 573-3 and EN 485-2 standards for chemical composition and mechanical characteristics. Dimensional tolerances adhere to EN 485-4 standards.

Production by Request
Thickness ranges from 0.8 to 3.5 mm for circles, shaped, and oval products.

Surface Finish
Mill Finish is available for the surface of the products.
