Specifications
The TL-100 Tray Loader is constructed with 316 stainless steel and features safety guarding with polycarbonate doors and windows. It includes an extended buffer plate, safety protection with light curtains, and a vision system for count verification. The machine is equipped with in-process particle monitoring and a 21 CFR 11 package. It has a UL-approved electrical cabinet and comes with validation documentation. Additional options include vial output specifications based on vial shape and tray width.

Machine Specifications
The machine frame is made of 51 mm (2 in) AISI-304 stainless steel. Its dimensions are 2080 mm × 1115 mm, with a working surface height of 851 mm – 978 mm (33.5 in – 38.5 in). The overall height is the working surface plus 76 mm. It features an Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 7 HMI and an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC. The tray specification can be modified to customer requirements. The machine uses high-speed ball screw actuators and is servo motor driven. Panels and covers are made of AISI-304 stainless steel, and the electrical panel is on-board. The conveyor is also AISI-304 stainless steel with an 8.9 mm (3.5 in) Delrin chain raised track. The conveyor motor is a 1/3 HP DC adjustable speed. Utility requirements are 208 volt, three phase, 60 Hz, and the machine weighs approximately 227 kg (500 lbs). It can process up to 300 containers per minute.

Features
The TL-100 Tray Loader includes a servo-driven backstop for precise vial positioning in a close pack configuration, which is recipe-driven. It has an adjustable pusher to accommodate different vial patterns without needing change parts, also recipe-driven. The buffer plate in front of the receiving tray allows for row-by-row nested configuration collation. Once the row count is achieved, the pusher completes a long stroke to fill the tray, then returns to its initial position to allow for tray replacement without stopping production. Machines are available in mirror image configurations.
