SK1_5-T-Nut
The SK-1K and SK-5 T-Nut bench mounted systems are designed for welding studs and pins ranging from M3 to M8 or 2 to 8 mm in diameter and 6 to 35 mm in length. The SK-1K T-Nut uses a capacitor discharge process with contact welding, while the SK-5 T-Nut employs gap welding, both conforming to EN ISO 14555 standards. Materials compatible include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and brass, depending on requirements. The systems have a total height of 570 mm, a usable working height of 150 mm, and a base plate measuring 550 x 450 mm. Each unit weighs 25 kg.
These bench mounted systems are noted for their ease of use, high accuracy in positioning welding studs, and reliable performance, even in small and one-off batch productions. They are safety tested and production controlled, ensuring quality and efficiency.
