Specifications:
The TO2-19 PPM / Percent Oxygen Sensor utilizes micro fuel cell technology to measure oxygen levels ranging from 20 PPM to 25.0%. It provides a signal output between 285 - 590 uA and operates within a measuring range of 0 - 1000 PPM (minimum) and 0 - 25% (maximum). The sensor has a lower detectable limit of 75 PPM and a response time (T90) of 13 seconds. It offers full-scale accuracy of ± 1% of the signal and repeatability of ± 0.5%. The temperature coefficient is 2.54% per ºC, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 ºC and a storage temperature range of 0 to 45 ºC. Recommended flow is between 0.5 - 5 SCFH, and it can operate in 0 - 100% relative humidity (non-condensing). The expected life of the sensor is 12 - 15 months, with a storage life of 6 months and a warranty period of 12 months. The PCB connection is designed with a center foil negative and outer foil positive.

Applications:
The sensor is suitable for 3D metal printing, inert chambers, inert welding of exotic materials, and natural gas applications ranging from 20 PPM to 1000 PPM.

The signal output is measured in air at 25 ºC at sea level. Full-scale accuracy is calculated under constant pressure, temperature, and proper calibration conditions. Drastic temperature changes can result in a maximum error of ± 10%. The expected life is calculated when O2 levels are below 1000 PPM at 25 ºC, sea level. The sensor is warranted by Southland Sensing Ltd. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified period. It is tested and validated to BSI Standard BS EN 50104:2010 and is designed, tested, and assembled in California, USA.
