The heart of the machine is the motorised roller, which, as it moves the fruit forward, rotates it 360°, thereby ensuring that the entire surface area can be examined. The entire length of the table is tted with speci c LED lights and, if wanting to examine internal damages, we recommend using dark rooms with ultraviolet light. We can install a suction system, particularly for garlic and onions, which removes the stripped organic matter. In addition, for apples and pears, we have more delicate models built entirely from stainless steel.
