After the bottles are toaded the cycle starts by pressurizing each sample to a pre programmed Set Point pressure. After a programmed time to allow for bottle size creep the NaOH solution is released from the reservoir to the required level around the base of each sample. Pressure in each sample is monitored and the time of failure for each station is recorded by the controller and also exported to a PC. SEMJ AUTOMATIC: After the samples are loaded the user opens a valve to pressurize each sample, (pressure pre set on local regulator).
