Optimizing the washing process The Customer: Case a Pain is a bakery with 7 outlets in and around Reims. The stores offer bakery, viennoiserie, patisserie and delicatessen products made by hand. The company's aim is to produce tasty, high-quality artisanal products using raw materials sourced as far as possible from local producers. The first boutique opened in Sillery in 2000. Today, the company has 9 stores and nearly 80 employees. Improved washing and drying hygiene The problem: The customer wanted to improve the cleaning of product containers (dough tubs, stackable plastic crates, molds, baking trays, etc.) and needed to clean bakery ladders and ovens efficiently, easily and quickly. What's more, his operation involved a lot of physical handling and carrying of materials to get them into the machine, then out and stacked, with the risk of RSI. All this, combined with the need to save time in cleaning, as production demand was growing.

Multiwasher ensures perfect cleaning and disinfection of dough bins and crates. Containers are also dried and stacked, keeping them clean.
