ENGLISH www.soling-impact.com info@soling-impact.com AUTOMATIC MACHINES TYPE ACM The complete cutting tool devise is mounted on to a precision linear slide driven by a ball screw connected to a servo motor for high speed positioning and accurate chamfering control. The products are separated and fed by a step feeder system and will be loaded in a horizontal position on to the 4 station operation system. In the first station the blank will be positioned for transferring. The second station will accurately position, clamp and chamfer the blank on the right end. Station three will push the blank up against a stop, assuring that the left end of the blank is in position for transferring into the next and final station where the chamfering process will be repeated. Automatic Precision Chamfering Machines Type ACM for the accurate chamfering and pointing of blanks and bar material of all kinds of soft steel as well as exotic alloys such as Titanium, Inconel, Monel, A286 and Waspaloy. With Touch Panel for easy set up and storing of settings such as blank diameter, chamfer size and cutting speed. The chamfering process is done by a carbide cutting tool attached to a high frequency drive with variable speed control.
