Components 1.1 GaugerGSM 1.2 Mechanical arm 1.3 Battery pack 1.4 Programmable Timer Switch (PTS) 1.5 Cables 2. Arm types The arm should hold the sensor at a fixed and robust location. The arm should also allow fine placement of the sensor right above the sewage pipe/tunnel. Arms may be of fixed length or of stretchable length. The arms may also have a rotating horizontal swivel option. The swivel option is required in cases where the sewer manhole is narrow and an upright fixed arm prevents human entry into the sewer. The arm should be produced from non-corrosive material such as stainless steel.
