A large selection of test types is provided, from standard open circuit, I-V, C-V and Mott Schottky to complicated multistep sequences that include sample preparation, advanced experimental techniques and integrated impedance analysis. Connection diagrams are also shown so the user can check that the sample is connected correctly and make any adjustments before running the test.
