Standard Type Dual-Rod Cylinder Clean Room Series CXSJ There are two types of cylinders, relieving type and vacuum type, available for a clean room environment. The relieving type specification with the double-seal construction of the rod section allows the cylinder to channel exhaust through the relief port directly to the outside of a clean room environment.
