Standard/High Temperature Air Inlet Type Protect Pneumatic Equipment from Moisture! An air dryer removes the vapor from the moist compressed air delivered by the compressor, and prevents it from causing the pneumatic equipment to fail. Effects of moisture on equipment actuators caused by dripping grease Decomposition of auto drain caused by rusting inside pipes Generation of water droplets Coefficient of destruction for ozone is zero. Improved corrosion resistance with the use of stainless steel, plate type heat exchanger Standard temperature air inlet [series IDF] High temperature air inlet [series IDU]

Series IDF/IDU Model Selection The corrected air flow capacity, which considers the user's operating conditions, is required for selecting the air dryer. Please select using the following procedures. Select IDF or IDU from inlet air temperature used. Reading correction Obtain the correction factor A to D suitable for your operating condition from the graph at right. Note) Values obtained from "Correction Factors" on page 25. Note) Values obtained from "Correction Factors" on page 25. Max. coefficient value is 1.5. Correction factor is 1.5 when the calculation result is 1.5 or greater. Max....
