Working Principle (Filter Regulator with Backflow Function) When the inlet pressure is higher than the regulating pressure, the check valve operates as a normal regulator (Figure 1). When the inlet pressure is shut off and exhausted, any inlet pressure applied to the valve © will be lost. The force for seating the valve © is the valve spring force @ only.
