Eject or divert a single container at line speeds over 2000 cpm. Repeats a move within 1 msec vs the 20-30 in air cylinders. Provides real-time data capture and feedback. Different sized containers need to be sorted? No problem. A light container will not tip over because of SMAC's soft eject capability due to force and velocity control. First the actuator makes contact with a low force, starts the bottle moving, and then does the high speed push to complete the move.
