General Description
The around-the-pump inductor is a foam concentrate proportioning unit designed for marine applications and specialized foam trucks or fixed systems. It connects in a by-pass between the pressure and suction side of a fire water pump, diverting a small part of the feed water flow with negligible effect on the fire water line pressure.
Product Features- Manufactured with corrosion-resistant materials.
- Factory calibrated flow/pressure settings.
- Adjustable flow settings within the PI range.
- Minimal impact on main water line pressure.
- Cost-effective and reliable solution.
- Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
- Includes integrated suction check valve and regulating valve.
- System capacity ranges from 100 to 25000 l/min, foam liquid suction capacity from 1 to 770 l/min.
Connections- Water/foam inlet: Flanged to fit DIN PN16 or ANSI 150lbs or screw threaded BSP.
Order Information- Specify water flow and induction rate.
- Specify flange type: DIN or ANSI.
- Select size from specification table.
