Specifications:
The SSV Divider Valve is a crucial component of both manual and automated Quicklub lubrication systems. It features between six to 18 outlets and is available in carbon steel and 303 stainless steel, suitable for corrosive environments. The valves can include cycle indicator pins for visual system operation feedback. It is essential to use outlets 1 and 2 for proper system functionality, and Lincoln Quicklub fittings are required for lubricant outlets. An adapter is available to convert the inlet to 1⁄8" NPTF (F). Cycle switches are compatible only with SSV valves that have indicator pins.
Construction and Material:
The valves are constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel, with a maximum operating pressure of 5076 psig (350 bar) and a minimum of 350 psig (20 bar). The output per cycle per outlet is .012 cu. in. / .2 cc. The operating temperature ranges from -22˚F (-30˚C) to 212˚F (100˚C).
Model Specifications:
Various models are available with different numbers of outlets and dimensions. Models with cycle indicator pins are specified, and dimensions range from 2.36 in. (60 mm) to 6.50 in. (165 mm) depending on the number of outlets.
Accessories:
Cycle switches are available for feedback monitoring, with options for different cable lengths and wire gauges. A proximity switch with an open-end plug is also available.
