Air-operated barrel pump MPB For use in progressive, dual-line and single-line lubrication systems The SKF Lincoln MPB pump unit has some unique new features and it is especially designed for automatic lubrication systems. The most essential difference is that it has a magnetically operated air motor valve while the traditional air-operated pumps have a mechanical air motor valve. This will reduce the amount of mechanical components and also eliminates the need of lubrication in the air motor. The pump is suitable for use with 18, 50 and 180 kg (40, 120 and 400 lb) lubricant barrels. When equipped with a suitable adapter, the MPB pump unit can also be used in lubricant bulk containers. In addition to various grease NLGI classes the MPB pump unit can also be used to pump oil grades up to 10 000 mm²/s.
