AUTONOMOUS FILTRATION SYSTEM. AZUD FBC control Unit incorporates a whole set integrating the detection, control and activation of the backushing cycle in the ltration Systems. The Control Unit is in charge of sending the signal to the Filtration Equipment to the making of the backushing cycle. It allows to backush when, how and during the necessary time according to the specic characteristics of each installation. Electronic control system: PROGRAMMER Its function is to control all the detection and activation functions. Placed inside an electric cabinet with protection grade IP55. Detection system: DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAUGE System to the direct reading so much of he differential of pressure as of the differential of pressure set on the equipment. Connections to the hydraulic command with the gas male threaded intakes. Adjustment range: from 0 to 1 bar. It has a Free Contac NO which closes when in the installation there is a differential of pressure equal or higher than the established. Easy and fast Adjustment. Activation system: 24V NC 3 WAYS ELECTROVALVES (Solenoid). MICROPIPES In this automation the hydraulic signal of each electrovalve reaches directly the corresponding 3-ways valve through the circuit of the hydraulic command. Its function is to transform an electric signal, coming from the programmer which integrates the control unit, into a hydraulic signal, so the 3 ways hydraulic electrovalve can operate the change of the owing of water in the opposite way to the ltration one through DF-Disc device and to backush. Everything is assembled and delivered with the auxiliary elements that complete the electric and hydraulic system, turning the Control Unit into an autonomous and automatic system.
