About Us Sistaş Celik Dovme was founded in 1978 in İzmir and has become a strong hot steel forging supplier thanks to its high mould capabilities.

About Us With 47 years of experience and by optimizing products from beginning to end, Sistaş has been developing innovative solutions in steel forging, machining, heat and surface treatment and after stage stage machining for both domestic and overseas customers in various sectors in its facility with a 25,000 ton forging capacity per year on a closed area of 8000 square meters from 0.5 to 400 kg. Sistaş allows the molding designs pass to the finished forging parts securely thanks to its technical know-how and modern skills.

Design Sistas works closely with its customers to be able to follow all the technical requirements for each project before starting production.

CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Catia V5 / Power Mill) is used for mold manufacturing facility, final approval and direct information to the customers. Sistas fulfills all kinds of customer needs at any time with special mould studies by using its in-house High Speed CNC machining.

Sistaş makes production between 0.5 kg and 400 kg on forged parts, air hammer and mechanical press lines. High quality carbon and alloyed raw materials are cut at an optimum level and roasted fully in temperature-controlled induction furnace under 100% temperature control.

Heat Treatment Heat Treatment demands of our customers are in our Ipsen chamber furnace, annealing furnaces and suppliers being carried out.Applied processes:- Breeding- Cementation- Soft AnnealingNormalization- Isothermic Annealing- Stress Relief Annealing- Induction HardeningIn addition, controlled cooling process for microalloyed steels is applied with automatic cooling conveyors.

Mechanical Working Sistaş provides excellent machined forged parts with the combination of its in house 4 CNC Horizontal Machining Centers, 7 CNC Vertical Machining Centers,11 CNC Turning Machines and high quality labor skills.
