PLASTIC WELDING SYSTEMS Saldatrice a Ultrasuoni USP DYNAMIC Ultrasonic Welder USP DYNAMIC Saldatrice Ultrasuoni USP DYNAMIC Le saldatrici ad ultrasuoni serie USP DYNAMIC, rappresentano una evoluzione importante nella saldatura ad ultrasuoni delle materie termoplastiche. Sono state progettate e costruite nel nostro stabilimento di Vigevano. Le soluzioni meccaniche ed elettriche disponibili, permettono di lavorare in condizioni ottimali e con ampie possibility di regolazioni, adattando cosl la saldatrice ai piu svariati problemi di saldatura. L'assoluta affidabilita dei generatori di ultrasuoni, permette inoltre di ottenere un processo di saldatura costante. Il movimento della testa porta trasduttore e ottenuto con MOTORE BRUSHLEES, con possibility di regolazioni estremamente precise e ripetitive, togliendo completamente l'incertezza tipica dei sistemi pneumatici. Una ampia gamma di generatori estende la possibility di scelta: sono disponibili sistemi a 20 e 36 KHz, con potenze da 500 a 3000 Watt. I generatori sono di ultima generazione e totalmente digitali. Sono dotati di display retroilluminato e racchiusi in elegante mobile metallico. Una delle caratteristiche piu importanti di questa saldatrice e certamente il sistema di controllo ciclo gestito completamente da DISPLAY TOUCH SCREEN. La programmazione e semplice ed intuitiva e permette di impostare tutti i parametri e con la possibility di memorizzare 20 differenti programmi. Ultrasonic Welder USP DYNAMIC The ultrasonic welders model USP DYNAMIC represent an important evolution in the ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic materials. They have been designed and built in our factory in ine.ano. The mechanical and electrical solutions available, assure that it operates under the best possible conditions with a full range of regulation options, thereby making it possible to adapt the welder to the widest range of welding situations. The total reliability of the ultrasonic generators also ensure a consistent welding process. The transducer holder head moves thanks to a BRUSHLESS MOTOR, with the possibility to obtain extremely precise and repetitive adjustments, so the uncertainty typical of pneumatic systems, is completely removed. There is also a wide range of generators to extend the user options: 20 and 36 KHz systems are available with power ratings of between 500 and 3000 Watts. These generators are latest generation and totally digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of the welder is the cycle control system which is totally enabled from the TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY. The programming is simple and intuitive and allows to set all the welding parameters with the possibility to store 20 different programs.
