Saldatrice a vibrazione VSP405 La saldatrice a vibrazione VSP 405 è stata progettata e costruita con le più moderne tecnologie (CAD 3D, CNC). Con questa tecnologia, si possono saldare pezzi realizzati in materiale termoplastic o con for me geometriche complesse o dove il materiale stesso non è saldabile con le tecnologie convenzionali (ultrasuoni - lama calda). La vibrazione è di tipo circolare. A differenza delle normali saldatrici a vibrazione esistenti, il movimento è ottenuto attraverso lo sbilanciamento di un albero avente una geometria particolare. Questo è molto importante in quanto i posaggi possono essere realizzati direttamente dal cliente. Le soluzioni meccaniche ed elettriche disponibili permettono di lavorare in condizioni ottimali e con ampie possibilità di regolazioni, adattando così la saldatrice ai più svariati problemi di saldatura. La struttura della saldatrice è molto robusta. Il basamento e la colonna sono realizzati in acciaio verniciato. Il motore che aziona l’albero centrale è di tip o B r ushles s. Una delle caratteristiche più importanti di questa saldatrice è certamente il sistema di controllo ciclo gestito completamente da MICROPROCESSORE. E’ possibile saldare con la funzione tempo o con la funzione quota. In questo caso, la quota di saldatura è gestita da riga ottica con risoluzione centesimale. Il microprocessore permette di memorizzare 20 programmi di saldatura.
