Saldatrice a Ultrasuoni USP ROTOR Ultrasonic Welder USP ROTOR Saldatrice Serie USP ROTOR Le saldatrici a ultrasuoni serie USP ROTOR sono progettate e costruite da Sirius Electric. L'utilizzo di tavole girevoli elettromeccaniche a piu posizioni consente di velocizzare il ciclo di saldatura. L'inserimento di sistemi di espulsione automatica, permette di velocizzare ulteriormente il ciclo produttivo. Queste saldatrici a ultrasuoni sono realizzate tenendo conto delle specifiche esigenze del cliente. In genere il carico dei pezzi da saldare viene effettuato manualmente, ma e possibile utilizzare sistemi di caricamento automatici. Le saldatrici a ultrasuoni serie USP ROTOR possono essere equipaggiate con generatori di ultrasuoni con potenze variabili da 500 a 3000 Watt 20 o 36 KHz. La scelta del generatore viene effettuata in base alla tipologia dei pezzi da saldare. Le saldatrici a ultrasuoni USP ROTOR sono dotate di controllo ciclo con microprocessore. Queste saldatrici sono dotate di protezioni antinfortunistiche realizzate con tubolari in alluminio anodizzato e pannelli in policarbonato trasparente. Le porte di accesso alla zona di lavoro sono dotate di microinterruttori di sicurezza. Le protezioni antinfortunistiche possono essere sostituite, su richiesta del cliente, con protezioni fonoassorbenti. Ultrasonic Welder USP ROTOR Series The USP ROTOR ultrasonic welders are designed and manufactured by Sirius Electric. The welding cycle is speeded up thanks to the use of electromechanical multi-step rotary tables. The production cycle is further accelerated by the incorporation of an automatic ejection system. These ultrasonic welders are produced taking into account the specific customer's needs. The loading of the pieces usually occurs manually, although it is possible to use automatic loading systems. The USP ROTOR ultrasonic welders can be fitted with ultrasound generators with variable power ratings of between 500 and 3000 Watt 20 or 36 kHz. The choice of generator is made according to the type of part to be welded. These ultrasonic welders are equipped with microprocessor cycle control. These machines have tubular anodised aluminum safety guards and transparent polycarbonate panels; the working area access doors are fitted with safety microswitches. On customer's request, the safety guards can be replaced with soundproofing insulation.
