Gear Motors Features and Applications

Type D: Speed range from 2.3 to 200 rpm, torque from 1.4 to 35 N.m, massive output shaft, dimensions L: 250 mm, Ø: 120 mm. Applications include beaters, mixers, tablet press machines, crimping machines, and laboratory equipment.

Type F: Speed range from 10 to 300 rpm, torque from 0.5 to 12 N.m, massive output shaft, dimensions L: 155 mm, Ø: 120 mm. Used in edge coloring machines for the leather industry, drum agitators, gasket cutters, dry feeders for polymer preparations, and traps.

Type H: Speed range from 2.3 to 200 rpm, torque from 1.4 to 35 N.m, massive output shaft, dimensions L: 220 mm, Ø: 120 mm. Suitable for barbecues, water treatment, voltage set-point (transformers), bakery equipment, and turning tables.

Type L: Speed range from 10 to 340 rpm, torque from 1.7 to 53 N.m, massive output shaft, dimensions L: 210 mm, Ø: 140 mm. Applications include baby milk pasteurization, wrapping machines, glass/jewel polishing machines, stairlifts, and coffee roasters.

Type M: Speed range from 10 to 340 rpm, torque from 1.7 to 53 N.m, massive output shaft, dimensions L: 200 mm, Ø: 125 mm. Used in automatic barriers, peristaltic pumps, packaging machines, ophthalmic revolving stands, and dough mixers.

Type N: Speed range from 2.2 to 67 rpm, torque from 8.1 to 100 N.m, massive or hollow output shaft, dimensions L: 225 mm, H: 200 max. Suitable for automatic gates, rolling machines, laboratory kneaders, self-cleaning filters, and rack ovens.

Type P: Speed range from 6.6 to 130 rpm, torque from 28 to 170 N.m, massive or hollow output shaft, dimensions L: 250 mm, H: 250 mm. Applications include automatic gates, agitators, winders for carpet yarns, retractable bollards, and solar trackers.

Type MRAV: Speed range from 0.7 to 4.8 rpm, torque from 63 to 445 N.m, massive or hollow output shaft, dimensions Lg: 280 mm, La: 115 mm, H: 125 mm. Used for sliding-style doors, sliding gates, special-purpose machines, agitators, and rack ovens.

Direct Current Type N (DC): Speed range from 2.7 to 37 rpm, torque from 7 to 100 N.m, output shaft on demand, protection IPX5, dimensions L: 225 mm, H: 275 mm. Suitable for folding gates, non-protruding balanced garage doors, sliding doors, and special-purpose machines.

Type MRAH: Speed range from 1.0 to 60.8 rpm, torque from 11 to 190 N.m, massive or hollow output shaft, protection IPX5, dimensions Lg: 375 mm, La: 125 mm, H: 125 mm. Applications include sliding-style doors, non-protruding balanced garage doors, special-purpose machines, agitators, rack ovens, and conveyors.

Pumps Features and Applications

Horizontal Type A: Max flow 8 m3/hr, max head 3 m, temperature range -5 to +90°C, material PP, semi-open impeller, dimensions L max: 210 mm, Ø: 125 mm. Used in industrial washing machines, sanitary waters, denatured alcohols, drinks, chemical products, and distilled waters.

Type E: Max flow 5 m3/hr, max head 8 m, temperature range -20 to +150°C, material AS13, open impeller, dimensions L max: 200 mm, Ø: 125 mm. Suitable for hot oils, hydrogen peroxide, pharmaceutical products, hydrocarbons, solvents, and drinks.

Type H: Max flow 10 m3/hr, max head 22 m, temperature range -5 to +90°C, material PP, closed impeller, dimensions L max: 290 mm, Ø: 180 mm. Applications include plating solutions, detergent solutions, drinks, chemical products, salt waters, and water disinfection.

Type K: Max flow 20 m3/hr, max head 17 m, temperature range -5 to +90°C, material PP, semi-open impeller, dimensions L max: 325 mm, Ø: 180 mm. Used for food, chemical, galvanoplasty, hospital dishwashers, water treatment, and waste waters.

PPF: Max flow 35 m3/hr, max head 19 m, temperature range -5 to +90°C, material PP, closed impeller, dimensions La: 285 mm, Lg max: 600 mm, H: 370 mm. Self-priming up to 3.5 m max with integrated filter, suitable for chlorine water, city aquariums, fish farming, salt waters, river waters, and swimming-pool waters.

Vertical Type F: Max flow 3.2 m3/hr, max head 5 m, temperature range -20 to +150°C, material AS13, open impeller, H immerged: 170 mm, dimensions L: 319 mm, Ø: 118 mm. Dry working possible, used for hot alimentary oils, hydraulic oils, printing inks, lubricating oils, hydrocarbons, and antifreeze.

Type J: Max flow 3.5 m3/hr, max head 3.3 m, temperature range -5 to +90°C, material PP, semi-open impeller, H immerged: 153 mm, dimensions L: 274 mm, Ø: 118 mm. Dry working possible, suitable for laboratory machines, ice generators, photography developing baths, dental machines, plating solutions, and industrial air-conditioners.

Additional Notes: All gear motors have IP44 or IP55 protection, B or F class insulation, and can have an inrush current or lack of current brake (24V or 230V with diode rectifier).
