ULTRASONIC TECHNOLOGY Ultrasound analysis device Combined to the NexTgen Avanced software, the NexTgen ultrasonic Analyser device has to be plugged between the ultrasonic power generator and the transducer. It realizes measurement on the ultrasonic cable and provides data as frequency, power, voltage, current, impedance...A temperature input is used to plug a temperature sensor, and follow the evolution of the process according to temperature. The NexTgen ultrasonic Analyser allows monitoring a generator from any other manufacturer as SinapTec generators already make it possible. It becomes possible with this SinapTec exclusive product to: ■ Realize a reliable and reproducible measure to check the stability and efficiency of the cleaning bath. The values measured are displayed graphically to monitor the evolution. The curves can then be saved to ensure quality control. ■ Advanced transducer diagnosis through capacity measurement and characteristic impedance curve that highlights resonance modes.
