CS AND ECS SERIES Overview • Type: C-frame presses • Press capacity: 350-3,000 kN • Part size: small • Slide kinematics: crank motion • Application: cutting, stamping, bending, embossing, forming Description C-frame presses are flexible solutions for the production of small parts. The C-shape provides good accessibility to the die space and is thus suitable for manual work as well as for automated, linked production processes. Features and Benefits • The CS is the all-rounder among the C-frame presses, while the ECS is ideal for punching and cutting operations with a higher degree of automation • The compact design requires a very small footprint, no foundation work and ensures good accessibility for maintenance • Operates as a single press or press line with transfer, shuttle or robot automation • When installed as a press line, the flexible combination of different tonnages enables the optimum adaptation to the specific requirements of the produced part • Solid, low-stress annealed press body in a monobloc design with minimal frame deflection • The durable hydraulic clutch is wear-resistant and operates at a low decibel range • A casting slide absorbs process-related vibrations and thus protects press and dies (ECS series) • The 4-fold slide guiding ensures a high tilting rigidity • Hydraulic overload protection to protect the press and dies • Fast availability (production time as of 12 wee
