electric motors 01. EC MOTORS EC (Electronically Commuted or Electronically Controlled), are motors with permanent magnets in the rotor and are controlled by an electronic control (inverter) which is used to control the voltage and frequency applied to the motor. The mechanical dimensions comply with the IEC standard, currently the sizes 71, 90, 100, 132 have been developed, the sizes 63.80.160 are in preparation, maximum speed 3600 rpm / min., Maximum power 22Kw (132), maximum torque 70Nm. The series developed are two, the EC series and the ECI series the two series have the same technology...

POWER These electric motors work by the interaction of two magnetic fields, one magnetic field is created by the rotor and the other by the stator. EC motors use permanent magnets positioned on the rotor to create the rotor magnetic field and a series of coils controlled by a electronic control (inverter) to create the stator magnetic field. EC motors do not have brushes, therefore they do not have sparkle, the electronic stator control reduces losses and there is no dispersion of energy to induce the rotor field. EC motors are very efficient and maintain a high level of efficiency even at all...

electric motors 02. TECHNOLOGY These motors have been studied mainly for the following sectors: -ventilation -pumps -compressor -applications where torque motors with permanent magnet are required These motors are designed for variable speed applications, such as, air conditioning, ventilation, when the speed must be varied to keep the flow / pressure constant, in all applications where the flow varies as the speed varies (compressors, pumps) these motors guarantee very high efficiency at different speeds, guaranteeing savings of at least 30% or more energy compared to traditional solutions....

electric motors 04. FROM INVERTER AND EC MOTOR: The inverter must be powered with a voltage in the range between 360V and 460V with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and the motor must be powered by the inverter with the voltage indicated in the data tables and with the frequency necessary...
