Product catalog summary
Technical Specifications:
The SLIK-638 is a versatile electronic counter housed in a wall-mounted IP 67 enclosure. It features a 6-digit LED display available in red, green, or blue. The device supports two pulse counting inputs and one programmable function input, with an additional counter reset input. It includes a digital debouncing filter and offers four counter reset sources: manual, external, automatic, and Modbus.

Power Supply:
The counter operates on a power supply range of 19V to 50V DC, 16V to 35V AC, or 85V to 260V AC/DC, with varying power consumption limits.

Inputs and Outputs:
Inputs are fully isolated, supporting pulse counting and programmable functions. The device can handle input frequencies up to 10 kHz for electronic sensors and 90 Hz for contact sensors. Outputs include options for 1, 2, or 4 REL or OC configurations.

Communication and Memory:
Equipped with an RS-485 communication interface supporting Modbus RTU, the device features non-volatile EEPROM data memory.

Environmental Specifications:
Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to +50°C, with an optional range of -20°C to +50°C. Storage temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C.

Software and Accessories:
The S-Config software allows configuration without opening the case, and the SimCorder Soft application facilitates data visualization and management. The SRS-U4 module connects USB hosts to RS-485 devices, ensuring galvanic isolation.

Remote Controller:
The SIR-15 infrared remote controller serves as an external programming keyboard for SIMEX devices, operating within a range of 0.5 to 5 meters.

Ordering Information:
Options include different operating temperatures, power supply types, output configurations, and display colors.

Additional programmable input can change basic function of counting inputs (addition or subtraction of pulses from inputs, change the direction of counting) or hold counting without clearing. The SLIK-638 counter features an independent reset input. The REL / OC outputs with programmable thresholds can be used to control external equipment. The counter may be configured with no need to open the case, by using the remote controller, the local keyboard or with free S-Config software via the RS-485 communication port.
