CUTTING SOLUTIONS Entirely automatic sawing machine with high-efficiency carbide blade. This sawing machine is used in the high cutting production of bars of round section, and squares and is equipped of an automatic loader to feed the unit of cut in continuous cycle. Round bar: from 0 50mm, to 0 150mm (up to 0 160mm with blade 0 470mm); Square bar: from 40x40mm, to 90x90mm; Rectangular bar: from 40x40mm, to 150x100mm. Movement of the cutting head inclined 45° on six linear roller bearings. The cutting head feeding is controlled by servo motor. Ceramic blade guide. No backlash for the power brake. Automatic lubrication of the slides. Oil cooler to guarantee a long life of the gear box and minimum cutting tolerance. Blade brush chips removal. ► CN in-feeding gripper by Servo motor with a stroke of 530 mm, possibility of duplications for longer pieces. ► Automatic positioning of the in-feeding length. ► No manual adjustment of the clamps. ► Double clamping vices, on both sides of the saw blade. ► Hydraulic clamping both horizontal and vertical. ► Lifting infeeding unit to prevent material scratches. ► Feeding speed: 24m/min. ► Automatic lubrication of the different movements. OTHERS OPTIONS ► Unloader deflector. ► Chips conveyor. ► Smoke extractor. ► Remote assistance device through ethernet cable or wi-fi network. ► The third axis, mounted after the cutting unit, allows to support the long pieces during the cutting, moreover, allows the reduction of the scrap by optimizing the bar end. All the movements of the device are pneumatic.

LOADER SLOPE LOADER This loader is suitable for the following material dimension: ► Round bar from Ø 50mm to Ø 150mm (up to Ø 160mm as optional). ► Square bar from 40x40mm to 100x100mm. ► Length of the bars from 2000mm up to 6000 mm loader (optional up to 9m). ► Load capacity limited to the inclined chute. ► Manual adjustment through hand wheel to set the diameter of the bar. ► Possibility to cover the parts in contact with the bar, to avoid scratch on the material.
