Material and Protection
Components are available in case-hardened steel with white zinc plating or stainless steel 303 F 00, passivated. These materials ensure high resistance to torque and pull-out forces.
Threaded Spacers
Type COM: Through Threading
These spacers feature metric through threading and are installed in cylindrical holes using a press. They offer easy installation and high resistance to torque and pull-out forces. Examples include 3COM1, 3COM2, 4COM, and 5COM with varying dimensions.
Type CBM: Blind Threading
Similar to Type COM but with blind threading, these spacers are also installed using a press and provide similar advantages.
StudsType GSelf-clinching
threaded studs are designed for quick and simple installation on thin metal supports using a press. They replace welded studs and offer high resistance to torque and pull-out forces. Examples include G3, G4, G5, and G6 with different threading and dimensions.
RivetsBlind rivets are available in various head types such as flush, countersunk, and reduced head. They are suitable for manual and pneumatic installation and come in materials like steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum.
Self-Clinching NutsType S and TThese nuts are designed for thin sheets and feature anchoring serrations and hexagonal bodies. They provide high resistance to torque and are easy to install, even on pre-painted or polished surfaces. They replace welded nuts effectively. Examples include M2.5 S, M3 S, M4 S, M5 S, M6 S, and M8 S with various dimensions.
