Dopo un'attenta analisi del mercato del settore saldatura, il nostro reparto ha deciso di avviare un nuovo progetto, sviluppando un prodotto totalmente nuovo partendo da un foglio bianco. La sfida era importante ed era quella di centrare tutti gli obiettivi emersi: - bassa potenza assorbita - dimensioni ridotte - prestazioni mirate alle portate tipiche dei gruppi di raffreddamento nel settore termoregolazione - alimentazione 24VDC - costi contenuti. Attraverso lo studio della dinamica interna alla pompa e oltre 6 mesi di simulazioni fluidodinamiche per ottenere le migliori prestazioni possibili, abbiamo raggiunto prestazioni molto elevate, confermate dai test, dimostrando che la pompa può fornire prestazioni superiori all'attuale C36 nei punti di portata utilizzati nei gruppi di raffreddamento (<3,5l/min) e altre applicazioni industriali, con una potenza assorbita quasi dimezzata rispetto alla C36. After a careful analysis of the welding sector market, our department decided to start a new project, developing a totally new product starting from a blank sheet of paper. The challenge was important and was to hit all the objectives that emerged: - low absorbed power - small size - performance aimed at the typical flow rates of cooling units in the thermoregulation sector - 24VDC power supply - low costs. Through study of the dynamics inside the pump and more than 6 months of fluid dynamic simulations to obtain the best possible performance, we have achieved very high performance, confirmed by tests, demonstrating that the pump can provide superior performance to the current C36 at the flow points used in cooling groups (<3,5lpm) and other industrial application, with an absorbed power almost halved compared to the C36.
