SELF pmiviiNq VOLUMETRIC ROTATIVE VANE pUMp SERiES 1092 Silea self priming volumetric rotative vane pump has mechanical seals and adjustable over pressure by-pass valve included. The 1052 Pump represents the optimal solution for gas oils, fuels oils, gasoline, jet fuels, service water and many thinners and solvents such as esters, naphtha, ketones, alcohols, aromatics... and many others liquids. A special Silea table will provide compatibilities and type of pump your liquid will require. Silea S.pA pumps are classified for type of liquid they can work • Fuels pumps are for fuels and have cast iron body and rotor and carbon steel shaft Mechanical seals are in viton™ (Standard). • Solvents pumps have cast iron body and rotor and stainless steel shaft. Mechanical seals are in teflon™ [Ptfe]. • 2.5" pump, this model has an inlet and outlet diameter of 2.5". • 3" pump, this model has an inlet and outlet diameter of 3". MAIN DIMENSIONS ] Left standard pump TECHNICAL FEATURES • Mechanical Seals are very reliable and don't need any mainte- • Ball bearings are isolated from the pumping liquid, by the mechanical seals. The shaft is symmetrically supported by the ball bearings, balancing forces and reducing wear, providing an optimal operating life. • "By-pass" valve series 1052, keep the outlet pressure constant. This valve doesn't allow over pressure in the piping system and overloading on electric motor. • Vanes are designed to adhere, even when worn, to the pump body. After long usage, vanes come out and keep their adherence to the pumping cavity. This simple action keeps efficiency, flow rate and suction capacity constant all life long.
