LoAdiNq'UNloAdiNq ARMS FOR dANqEROus fluids UNdER PRESSURE SERIES 1802 • LoAdiNq^uNloAdiNq STATION The c.s. loading-unloading arm series 1802 is designed to transfer LP.G. from fixed tanks to mobile tanks and vice versa. For service with corrosive liquids, stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316 with PTFE seals are employed. The above loading arms can have diameters of 2" and 3" for the liquid phase and VA", 2" e 3" for the vapour phase. • Swivel joints series N879 joints in two pieces style-20, with two rounds of ball bearings rotating on rectified and tempered races [Rating BOO psi 42 Bars], supplied with Buna N gasket, energized with a spring for optimal adherence, and PTFE guide ring. • Adjustable compression spring balancing unit, series 2000. External thick pipe in carbon steel with DACROMET® surface treatment, to resist against aggressive environments, internal shifting rod in stainless steel with spherical joint and internal springs for regulation in relation to the arm s dimensions. • Secondary balancing unit with gas spring when necessary. • Emergency release coupler valve, series ERC, made of AISI 316, PN40. It has the function of avoiding product leakage in case of accidental tankers run away during loading operations. • Fire-safe type on-line ball valve body in ASTM A105, ball bearings AISI304 and PTFE seals supplied with a lever stop device in the closed position which, must be actuated manually by the operator to open the valve and is armed again automatically during the closing phase. • Fire-safe type V2" drainage ball valve, made of AISI 316. It is used for the de-pressurization of the terminal between the ball valve and the tank connection. It is complete of ball bearings made of AISI31B tank side NPT male threaded, flanged coupler or quick coupler [HLU]. • Main pipe, made of carbon steel • Boom pipe, made of carbon steel, with triangle support and with swinging support • Curves, made of carbon steel.
