ELECTROPUMP GROUP SERIES 1056 Silea self priming volumetric rotative vane pump has mechanical seals and over pressure by-pass valve, with regulation, included. The 1052 Pump represents the optimal solution for gas oils, fuels oils, gasoline, jet fuels, service water and many thinners and solvents such as esters, naphtha, ketones, alcohols, aromatics…and many others liquids. A special Silea table will provide compatibilities and type of pump your liquid will require. ELECTROPUMP DESCRIPTION The unit is complete of: • Self priming volumetric rotative vane pump, supplied with mechanical seals and over pressure by-pass valve with regulation. Electric motor explosion-proof (Eexd Certificate), designed for the customer specific pumping needs. Base, made of stainless steel. Mechanical drive by means of: - Trapezoidal belt drive with pulleys or Reduction gear drive. PUMP TECHNICAL FEATURES • Mechanical Seals are very reliable and don’t need any maintenance. Ball bearings are isolated from the pumping liquid, by the mechanical seals. The shaft is symmetrically supported by the ball bearings, balancing forces and reducing wear, providing an optimal operating life. “By-pass” valve series 1052, keep the inlet pressure constant. This valve doesn’t allow over pressure in the piping system and overloading on electric motor. Vanes are designed to adhere, even when worn, to the pump body.
