Product Overview: SikaTack® GO! is a windshield adhesive optimized for hot climates and manual application guns. It offers a 2-hour safe drive-away time and is tested according to FMVSS 212 using 95th percentile dummies, ensuring safety for a larger demographic.

Compatibility and Application: The adhesive is compatible with Sika’s Black-Primerless and All-Black bonding processes. It is designed for use with float glass, ceramic coated glass, bare metal scratches, intact OEM and aftermarket paint, PVC & RIM encapsulation, trimmed residual bead, pre-applied adhesive systems, and PMMA/PC, with additional UV protection required for the latter.

Pre-Treatment Procedures: The Black-Primerless process and All-Black process are both supported. Sika® Aktivator PRO and Sika® Primer-207 are recommended for pre-treatment, with specific procedures for different materials and conditions.

Safety and Testing: Sika is unique in using a 95th percentile crash test dummy, providing a higher safety margin. The Black-Primerless process offers the fastest application, while the All-Black process reduces inventory needs by using a single pre-treatment product.
