Product catalog summary
Product Overview: Biresin® M75 is a model paste used in the production of contour-shaped machinable blanks for design, styling, or cubing models. It is a two-component PUR system consisting of Biresin® M75 resin and Biresin® M70 hardener.
Physical Properties: The product is light grey with a density of 1.3 g/cm³. It has a Shore hardness of D 79, an E-Modulus of 2,460 MPa, flexural strength of 61 MPa, compressive strength of 59 MPa, impact resistance of 11 kJ/m², and a glass transition temperature of 70°C.
Product Benefits: The mixture becomes thixotropic immediately after mixing, allowing it to adhere to vertical surfaces. It offers a dense, fine surface that is easy to varnish, high dimensional stability, low warpage, and is easily workable and polishable.
Processing Instructions: The material should be processed at temperatures between 18 to 25°C. The resin component must be mixed thoroughly without entrapping air. The correct mixing ratio is crucial, and paste beads should be spreadable for approximately 15 minutes. Allow one day for stabilization before machining.
Storage and Handling: The product has a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored in original, unopened containers at room temperature. Containers should be tightly closed after use to prevent moisture ingress.
Health and Safety: Users should refer to the Safety Data Sheet for safe handling and storage information. Disposal should be in accordance with regulations, and packaging should be recycled or disposed of as product waste if not cleanable.
Legal Notice: The information provided is based on current knowledge and experience but does not constitute a warranty. Users must test the product's suitability for their specific application.

The material, processing and substrate temperature must be from 18 to 25°C. Before use the resin component must be mixed thoroughly and homogeneously through stirring without entrapping air with a suitable mixing device. Stir and evacuate machine containers with resin for some time prior to processing, subsequently switch to normal pressure and intermittent stirring. Ensure dispensing machine is set for the correct mixing ratio (for more information see Processing Instructions Biresin® M72/M73/M75). Paste beads applied on prefabricated substructures, are spreadable for approx. 15 min by spatula....
